General Questions

Edupro Pay is a Starlink subscription management platform for schools in Zimbabwe. We handle subscription billing, payment processing, and account management. Edupro Pay is a subsidiary of Edupro Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd.

Yes, Edupro Pay is an authorized Starlink reseller and subscription management partner for educational institutions in Zimbabwe.

Click the "Register School" button on our homepage, fill in your school details, create an account, and then complete the Starlink information form. Registration is free and takes about 5 minutes.

Once you submit payment and we verify the transaction (usually within 24 hours), your subscription will be activated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. However, you can cancel future renewals by submitting a cancellation request at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

You will receive an invoice 7 days before your subscription expires. Simply make the payment using your preferred method, and your subscription will be automatically extended for another month.

If payment is not received by the due date, your Starlink service may be suspended. You can reactivate by making the overdue payment plus a small late fee.

Technical Support

You will need your Starlink account email, account holder name, service address, terminal ID (kit number), and your preferred plan. This helps us manage your subscription accurately.

Log into your dashboard, go to "Invoices" or "Payment History", and click the download button next to any invoice or receipt. Documents are available in HTML format.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and you will receive a password reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

Log into your dashboard, go to "School Profile" or click "Edit Starlink Details" on your dashboard. Update the information and save changes.

Partner & Agent Questions

Yes! We are always looking for registered agents to manage school accounts. Contact our partnership team at partners@edupro.co.zw for requirements and commission structures.

Commission rates range from 5% to 12% based on the number of schools you manage. Partners managing 50+ schools earn up to 12% commission plus monthly bonuses.

Security & Trust

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Payment references are stored securely, and we never share your financial information with third parties.
